Refund policy
We want you to love the pieces you receive just as much as we love creating them. However, if for any reason your order doesn't work out as planned, we have a 30-day return window — no questions asked (excludes final sale items).
Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days that tracking indicates the order has been delivered. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Note: customer must pay for shipping. Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns but may be exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on the garments as received, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please email us at hello@zentinelathletics.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exchanges
Should an item not fit, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days after receiving your order.
- Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes.
- If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
To exchange a product, please print and fill out the return exchange form and include it along with the receipt in the package with the item/s you are exchanging. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges only, not for returns. Once package is ready to go, please email us at hello@zentinelathletics.com so we can provide you with a shipping label so you can send the exchange our way. Shipping is only covered for exchanges of the same item. Should you wish to exchange you item for a different one, you will need to cover shipping costs and pay the difference if needed. If item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Once we receive your exchange we will evaluate the item/s to make sure they meet our standards and conditions which are listed below. Once the return is accepted, we will ship the exchange item you have selected.
Refunds
If you would like to return an item, please print and fill out our return exchange form and include it along with the receipt in the package with the item/s you are returning. Shipping costs are not covered for return items. You may pay for your own shipping of choice or you may contact us at hello@zentinelathletics.com and we will send you a shipping label and the calculated shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive your return we will evaluate the item/s to make sure they meet our standards and conditions which are listed below. Once the return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Standards and conditions
- Items must be in the same condition that you received it with Zentinel and sizing tags attached.
- Items must not be worn, washed, damaged or put through the dryer.
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, perfume, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as makeup or deodorant) will not be accepted.
- If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- You must present a valid receipt.
