Shipping policy

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 24 hours after order placement. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 2 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in the United States. We currently ship to both the United States and Canada with plans to expand to new countries in 2022!

  • Orders shipping within the United States and Canada will have optional shipping delivery times. 

Shipping costs

  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States and Canada with an order value of $99.99 or less before taxes, will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on the total weight of products in your order.
  • Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $100 or more before taxes, have free shipping.
  • IMPORTANT: we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian orders. 

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Full refunds and exchanges are offered for regular priced merchandise within 30 days that tracking indicates an order has been delivered. To exchange a product, please print and fill out the return exchange form and include it along with the receipt in the package with the item/s you are exchanging. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges of the same items only, not for returns. Once package is ready to go, please email us at hello@zentinelathletics.com so we can provide you with a shipping label so you can send the exchange our way. 

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to make the purchase. For all returns and exchanges:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it with Zentinel and sizing tags attached. 
  • Items must not be worn, washed, damaged or put through the dryer. 
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial. 
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial. 
  • Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, perfume, detergent, etc., will not be accepted. 
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as makeup or deodorant) will not be accepted. 
  • If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • You must present a valid receipt.

Sale and discount items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, you are able to do so up to 3 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us at hello@zentinelathletics.com so we can make these changes immediately. If your order ships and the changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund.

We provide real time tracking information on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting us at hello@zentinelathletics.com. We will do our best to locate the package and extend your timeframe for refunds and exchanges. Should your order arrive damaged, please take photos and send them to us at hello@zentinelathletics.com. We will send you a return label to ship the items back to us, we will send you a new order with brand new products immediately. 

Should your order be identified as lost with the shipping carrier, we will ship a new order out immediately for the inconvenience.
